Is the free trial the real product?
Yes. A trial account runs on the same servers, control panel and support as a paid plan, with a few limits on sending email until you pay, so that the trial cannot be abused for spam. It is not a demo tier.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You create the account with a username and email address, enable the 30-day trial, and add payment details only if you decide to stay.
What happens when the 30 days end?
You pay for the plan you tested and keep everything exactly as you built it, or you let it lapse. Your data is kept for 30 days after the trial ends, then deleted.
Is the money-back guarantee separate from the trial?
Yes. The trial is before you pay; the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to shared plans after you pay. A promotional free domain registered with the plan is charged at its normal price if you claim the refund.
Who actually runs the servers?

Can I move an existing site here?
Yes. Build it on the trial beside your current host, test it, then point the domain at us when you are satisfied. There is no downtime in that order.
Does the price go up at renewal?
No. The yearly price you start with is the price you renew at. There are no introductory rates.
Can I upgrade later without moving?
Yes. Shared, semi-dedicated, VPS and dedicated servers are all managed from the same account, so an upgrade is an order, not a migration.
