Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mail accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails according to specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
